திருவிடைமருதூர் அருள்மிகு மஹாலிங்க சுவாமி கோயிலில் இயற்றப்பட்டது.பரஸ் என்ற பெயரைப் பார்த்தால் இந்துஸ்தானி ராகம் போல் தோன்றுகிறது.

    I think 'Paras' is an Hindustani ragam.

  • There is another song composed by Dikshitar in the same ragam
    It is "Sri Sukra Bhagavantham" on Sukran, one of the Navagraha Krithis
    Madurai Mani Iyer has rendered this song.

  • Javalis are small songs with highly romantic content. Brinda and Mukhta are famous for popularising them. Dharmapuri Subbayar has a written a lot of Javalis. Please listen to this Javali in Behag by Sanjay Subramanian.
