I'm unable to find meaning in English also for this song.This raga Tarangini is supposed to have been created by Dikshitar based on western music under charukesi mela.It is not an Hindustani ragam as I imagined.Dikshitar has played around with sanskrit words in this song.Rendition by Vasanthakokilam is also beautiful
